What is Their Cancellation Policy?
Their cancellation/refund policy depends mainly on whether you purchased premier vacation protection or not. If you have then you can cancel at anytime before your scheduled departure. Just call the phone number above and cancel your plan.
If you didn’t purchase protection, getting a refun is a bit trickier (but not impossible). You can still cancel your trip anytime up to airport check-in time. But you’re going to need to make a written request for your refund to this address:
